The 30-Day CGM Challenge
Thirty days of real-time data on how your body responds to food, sleep, stress, and movement, with weekly live guidance from Julia and a small group doing it alongside you.
Next group starts Thursday, November 19. Registration closes Saturday, November 7.
Thirty Days From Now
Your labs may say "normal," and you still crash every afternoon. A continuous glucose monitor shows what a single blood draw can't: how your blood sugar moves through a real day, meal by meal.

What's Included
Two FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensors, worn back to back, for a full 30 days of real-time data.
One each week on Google Meet with Julia and a small group. Replays are posted within 24 hours.
Learn to read your curve and choose what to adjust, through a functional nutrition lens.
Log meals, movement, sleep, and stress, and see your glucose response as you go.
Everything lives in the Innovative Nutrition app, opening week by week.
Hear what's working for others, ask questions anytime in the group chat, and stay accountable together.

Two CGM sensors, four live calls, and a month of guidance on your own data.
I keep the group small so everyone gets real attention. Registration closes Saturday, November 7 so your sensors arrive in time for our Thursday, November 19 kickoff.

Come to the four live calls and track your data along the way.
If you don't come away with clear, personal insight into how your body responds to food, movement, sleep, and stress, I'll schedule a complimentary one-on-one session to go through your data with you.

Your Guide
I'm Julia Callaghan, BS, AFMCP, CLT, a functional nutritionist in Charlotte, NC, and the founder of Innovative Nutrition NC. I help high-achieving, health-conscious adults figure out why they feel tired, bloated, or stuck, and what to address first.
Blood sugar is personal for me. As a kid, I was the one who had to leave class to eat a snack, because going too long without food left me shaky, dizzy, and irritable. These days I wear a CGM myself. Watching my own patterns in real time is still one of the most useful things I've done for my energy.
What I've learned, in more than 10 years of practice: normal is not the same as healthy, and the order you do things in matters as much as what you do. Don't wait until you're prediabetic to wear a CGM.
I hold a B.S. in Human Nutrition from Winthrop University, completed the Institute for Functional Medicine's AFMCP program, and am a Certified LEAP Therapist.
How It Works
We put sensors on together on the first call. You eat the way you normally do and learn your baseline.
You learn to read your curve: the meals that spike you, the ones that steady you, and why timing matters.
Sensor two goes on. You test one change at a time: food order, a walk after meals, fewer simple carbs.
You see how stress and sleep show up in your data, and leave with a plan that holds up in real life.
Questions
Not anymore. A CGM is simply the clearest way to see how your own body handles food, sleep, stress, and movement. You don't need a diagnosis or a tech habit to learn from it.
Registration Closes Saturday, November 7
Two sensors. Four live calls. Thirty days of learning how your metabolism actually works.
*This program is educational and complements, but does not replace, medical care. Certain medications, including metformin, GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, and others that affect how the body handles glucose, can influence CGM readings. They don't automatically exclude you from participating, but medication management is outside the scope of this program. Please continue working with your physician for any medical care. Individual experiences vary.
